I'm not going to try to catch up on what happened between March 22nd and today. A lot of it was bad. Some of it was good.

Anna's dad died a week and a half ago. That was tough. She's doing alright, which is just typical of her, of course.

Christina and Gio's wedding was Saturday. The affair went smoothly. They're in Greece (Mykonos) at the moment on their honeymoon. I eagerly anticipate their photos.

I've an idea for a book. Yes, a book. As in writing again. Does this mean I've gotten over something? Maybe. I could be moving on.

It's almost Harry Potter inspired (by the way, Deathly Hallows was great but the last chapter was shit)... but not quite. The only similarity is that the main characters attend a boarding school. Hey? It might deal with homosexual themes. Not quite sure yet.

I also just reread my deviation called "Her Curse", which was derived from another idea for a story I had. I'm thinking I might follow up on that. The main character is a vampire, if anyone couldn't figure that out. My only problem is that I kind of want to name the vampire Lucretia... but at the same time, I have it set in my head that the main female character in that other story will be named Lucretia and I'm not sure I want to go back on that.

Anyone have an idea for a kind of elegant, ethereal name for my red-headed, green-eyed, freckled and emotional vampire? Preferably something that sounds ancient Roman? Please get back to me, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Just please don't say Valeria, Servilia, Octavia, or anything that sounds remotely normal.
